It is time to take care of the virus and also the consequences that <strong>having free time and not knowing what to do with it<\/strong> can generate. The ingenuity of parents is being put to the test in these weeks, since in Spain, among other measures to contain the spread of the coronavirus, there is the suspension of classes.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Uno de los principales temas en medio de toda la paranoia y el miedo que hay en este momento en muchos hogares, tiene su ra\u00edz en <strong>c\u00f3mo se maneja el tiempo de ocio<\/strong>, por lo que aconsejamos que las familias<strong> sigan determinadas rutinas<\/strong>, sobre todo con los ni\u00f1os: que <strong>desayunen a cierto horario<\/strong>, luego que estudien un poco, tengan un rato distracci\u00f3n, coman, duerman una siesta y luego pueden hacer alguna manualidad o actividad f\u00edsica, merendar, jugar, ayudar con la cocina y cenar. <strong>A la hora de buscar actividades <\/strong>para hacer en casa lo m\u00e1s importante es ver con <strong>qu\u00e9 materiales se cuenta <\/strong>y habilitar un espacio especialmente destinado para el juego.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Se pueden usar <strong>s\u00e1banas para crear una carpa<\/strong> y cartones para hacer un castillo. Lo primero es buscar esos materiales disponibles y luego <strong>la imaginaci\u00f3n de los peque\u00f1os har\u00e1 el resto<\/strong>. En situaciones como estas, comienzan a<strong> aflorar los juegos cl\u00e1sicos<\/strong>, esos que hac\u00edamos cuando \u00e9ramos peque\u00f1os. Hay muchos juegos los cuales,\u00a0 generalmente no se juegan por falta de tiempo. Cuando los peque\u00f1os van a la escuela y llegan a la casa, se ponen a hacer otras cosas. Estamos ante una<strong> buena oportunidad para aprender a jugar juegos de cartas o incluso domin\u00f3 <\/strong>para mantenener a nuestros peque\u00f1os entretenidos. Children need calm and self-possessed parents in these difficult times. We have many things we can do with our little ones to keep them entertained. <strong>Children need calm, loving and affectionate parents<\/strong> who are able to remain calm in such a complicated situation.
